Download

The term "download" means a product is a digital file only; no physical product exists. Some product examples include PDF documents, videos, ebooks, photos or logos, and Microsoft Office templates.

But on the brand portal this term also applies specifically to downloadable content that must go through the cart. The product description should explain the download file type and contents, and these items will display an ADD TO CART button on the product page:

Reasons for a download to go through the cart include:

• A cost for the product (fees must be collected through checkout before access)
• Approval is required (restricted access)
