Order Review & Approval Overview
The Brand Portal has two methods for reviewing and approving orders placed. Your organizations review needs will determine the method. Only one of the methods can be implemented on a brand portal. Both methods, Ordered Product Review & Role-Based Order Review are described in the linked pages below.
- Ordered Product Reviews allows for setting the review by Product, only specified products are reviewed
- Role-Based Order Review allows for setting the review by user, the entire order placed by a user is reviewed
Review Process details that apply to both methods
- Orders that require a review do not proceed to production until all reviews of the ordered items are complete.
- When a rejection occurs during the review process, the value of the products or the entire order is refunded from the payment account.
- Approvals are configured by Suttle-Straus, contact your CXA and/or Brand Portal Support for changes to your chosen approval process.
- Cannot make changes to the ordered products other than corrections to the content of customized products.
